The Mic_Arm_TPU is printed with flexible material. I used 10% infill. So you can fit it for your head. Outside of the Mic_Arm_TPU is a space for the mic cable. In the Mic_Arm_TPU ist a space hole for a wire. I insert a non flexible copper wire from a power cord. If bend it, you need something strong, because the flexible material doesn't stay in place. The space for the mic has a diameter of ~7,75mm, result depends on your printer. ;)

The mic is a 9€ cheap lavaliere mic from amazon, which normally clipped on your clothes.

The other parts are printed with PLA and 25% infill.

The part for the headphone is only clipped on the headphone. You don't have to customize your headphone.

I used two magnets for the connection between the mic arm and the headphone. So i can easily unplug the mic and its adjustable in the vertical angle.

The magnets have a diameter of 10mm and are 2,5-3mm height. You could also glue a nut in one part adjust it with a screw.
