Hard drive dimensions:
length - 180
width - 116.7
thickness - 36.8
HDD wall mount:
Wall thickness 4.8 mm (0.4 mm nozzle x 12)
On each side of the holder is made a gap of 0.35 mm.
When modeling, I planned to print the model in a vertical position. Therefore, I did not rounded, but beveled edges under 45%, so that the printer would print them well. The maximum angle of overhanging sides of decorative triangles is 50 degrees. It should be equally well printed from both PLA and ABS plastic. There are overhanging parts located at a large angle. I printed from PLA plastic and sagging is almost not visible (speed at this point 40 mm/s). Layer height: 0.28 mm.
I don't know what it would look like from ABS. You may need a little airflow.
What shortcomings I found after press PLA plastic?
Somehow bent some angles o_0, although coating ultra base. Will probably have to use a brim.
Due to the large height of the layer in the corner of the triangle printer had to print the bridge, so
