HDZero Battery Case Strain Relief

The silicone wire DC power cable of HDZero Battery Case can fail near where the cable exits the case. This strain relief 3d print increases the lifespan of the cable by reducing cable strain.
Print vertically (about 15min) with TPU. Use VHB tape to adhere to the battery case - trim excess tape around perimeter of print with scissors. Optionally secure end of strain relief with a zip tie.
In the future we will make an upgraded cable available which you can get for free and install yourself which fixes the problem at the source.
STEP CAD file is provided if you whish to modify the design.
