FDM friendly wifi module for HDzero.
All cutouts are made with notches for vertical FDM printing (except bolt hole). And there's a cutout for plastic pins of PCB but placing supports there isn't a problem since rough surface finish won't be visible. (See how supports were placed in the printing results in make section)
Angles of are 62deg at worst, so should be good for most printers.
Source solidworks files are included so feel free to download and mess with them.
Dove tail mount for cover of slim wi-fi module works great and required just a bit of sanding.
Holes for pcb screws can be made with a drill or with a hot needle.
And it's best to make holes after you assemble PCB, module and goggles together, so that you can make more accurate placement of them. Everything should fit perfectly with almost no sanding.
Printing was made using 0.5mm nozzle, 20% infill (thought because of 2mm walls effective infill is close to 100%, I think)
