Headlamp Strap Holder

If you own a headlamp like me, you'll probably end up breaking the clips that hold the head straps in place. They are flimsy and thin, and if you drop or bump the headlamp you're likely to snap the clips. I designed this very simple, reinforced strap clip that you can glue in place on the existing battery pack. To get the slight angle, I heated the piece up with a hairdryer and gently pushed down on the middle until I got the desired angle.

There's enough gap to easily get the fabric strap in and the piece is thick enough to be extra strong and resist drops and bangs.

Whilst it might not be 100% compatible with every headlamp, feel free to take the design and amend.

I used 100% infill, bed temp 65C for first layers and a brim.
