Headlight & Fender Fork Mount Bracket

Made a mount for my front fork to attach my front fender and headlight. This extends over all 3 Mounting screws so that you can still mount over the top of the bracket if adding a front rack or accessory.

File is for the one side. just duplicate and mirror in the slicer to get the other side.

there are 2 main variations one with a spring at the bend, and a second full support across the bend. I have had no issues with the spring cracking. couple hundred miles on road and single-track with my fair share of spills, still in one piece.

Printed with PLA on a Bambu A1 with 0.8mm nozzle. 60% infill.
