Headphone Cord Wrap #1

This is the first of several experiments I have made to build a cord wrap for my Etymotic headphones. They are a little unique in that the cords are fairly large for such small headphones.

I tried three different thicknesses (scale Z only) and liked the original thin one the best of this design. The middle one was scaled in Z by 1.5. The larger one was scaled 2.5 in Z.

They are printed in Red Soft PLA which gives them flexibility to allow the cord to easily be squeezed into the slots and allow some bend in the whole thing.
