This is a model I made in Fusion 360 so that I could hang my Sony WH-1000XM4s on the side of my desk.
They work for the headphones I just mentioned but not my Razer Naris so they only work for thinner headphone head straps.
Print is very straightforward with the flat side facing the print bed and no supports.
I stuck it on to the side of my desk with double sided sticky foam pads that can peel off when you pull the tabs.
