Picking the right file:I uploaded two size versions, the 28mm version has 28mm space for the arch of the headphone to rest contained in the hook. For the 40mm version that is 40mm space for the arch of the headphone to rest contained in the hook.If you want to stick the hook to a surface pick the “mounting tape version” file. And if you want to screw it to a surface pick the “screw holes version” file. The screw holes are 5mm in diametre and have 45 degree edges to sink the screws into.Print Settings:Infill: 15%+ cubic patternLayer height: 0.2-0.28Supports: OffWall count: 3+Top/bottom layer count: 3+Scale & Orientation:Print with the back of the hook laying flat on the bed for best strenght and looks.Scale the part as much as you want in all directions, but note that the screw holes most likely will lose their function by scaling the part as a whole.
