HeadTubeCuttingGuide

A guiding tool for cutting bicycle head tube, (OD2 not compatible).

BOM:
2x printed guide.stl
1x printed lock.stl
1x printed lock2.stl

4x M4x40mm flathead screw
2x M4x20mm socket head screw
6x M4 nut
2x 6805 bearing outer race (any 37mm OD 7mm thick bearing outer race would work, most broken shimano pressfit bb bearing would work)

assemble:
press two outer bearing race into each printed guide.stl.
press all m4 nut.
stack all part together, bear race facing the center.
clamp them as tight as possible.

using:
slide head tube into this tool.
tight both locking screw, then saw between the gap of two guide.stl part.
