Heart Cookie Cutter

To prepare the biscuits with the heart-shaped filling you need two layers, one for the base and one for the outline that delimits the heart itself. The two slices of pasta will be overlapped before cooking and then the heart can be filled with whatever you like best! The biscuits in the photo taste good, but they are not very nice to look at: the fault is not the model, but it is only the fault of the cook (me) who did not use enough flour when cutting and did not have time to do it again.. .
