Heat set threaded insert test fixtures

I wanted to start using threaded inserts in my projects, so I made these test fixtures for experimentation. I created both straight and tapered versions. The tapered versions include a slight taper as specified by the seller, whereas the straight versions have the same diameter one end of the hole to the other.

The specifications from the seller were:

4-40: OAL 0.135", Diameter 0.159" - 0.153"
8-32: OAL 0.185", Diameter 0.234" - 0.226"

M2.5: OAL 3.43MM, Diameter 4.04mm - 3.89mm

I purchased my threaded inserts on eBay from the seller albersllc. I do not know the manufacturer of the inserts. Inserts are also available on other sites, such as Amazon. I've made the fixtures for the three sizes that I purchased (4-40, 8-32, and M2.5).

The M2.5 and 4-40 are close enough in measurements that I used the same fixture. The 8-32 fixture was the first one I made, and I put two holes of each size. Subsequent fixtures I'll be putting just one hole of each size to save on materials.
