This is a combined build from others which i also updated to allow for heatzink on camera lights and to be able to mount it on the X axis after i upgraded it with an axis thightening screw which is a little bigger then original.
also possible to mount this on the frame, just be careful that you dont get hit be any of the moving axises.
So i just made the whole build avalible here instead of going to search for different parts.

That person had an slightly bigger camera, look at picture on Camera B.
Also note that you will be needing M3 or M2 screws around 20mm long to put this together.
Also dont forget that you might need to have an longer camera cord,
