Heatsink Frame

I needed a better heatsink for my TOX3 S905x4 box. The old one was a simple aluminium Northbridge cooler measuring 38x38 mm. The new one is an full-copper heatsink from Cooltex, ordered from AliExpress, measuring 40x40x10 mm.Unfortunately, on the TOX3, various SMD resistors and capacitors are higher than the CPU, which made it necessary to use a 1mm spacer. Simply attaching the heatsink with thermal glue, as with the TOX1, was not an option.I designed a mount for my heatsink based on the Enzotech CNB-R1 Clip and printed it in ASA. So far, everything fits and works perfectly. PETG might also be sufficient, but that depends on the CPU’s maximum temperature.I attached the heatsink and the shim to the CPU using thermal paste. The mount is secured using the pins from the old Northbridge mount.
