Heavy-Duty Print Spool (Threaded + Locking Pin)

Tired of your spools coming apart?I defenlitly am. After running a print farm with P1Ps and X1Cs for the past 6–8 months, I’ve had this happen way too many times. The locking mechanism on Bambu Lab spools either wears out over time and stops locking properly, or on brand-new spools, the plastic’s too brittle to hold the filament in place. Result? The spool pops open mid-print and leaves you with a mess to clean up and respool.So I made my own spool to hopefully fix those issues! Threaded Design:Instead of snapping together like the Bambu spools, this one screws together. The threads allow for a thicker and stronger connection, so it’s way less likely to come apart on its own. (At first this be a thight fit but after few usages it fits perfectly.) Locking Pin:Once it’s screwed shut, you insert a locking pin. That means it physically can’t unscrew unless you remove the pin first. No more surprise spool explosions.
