Heavy Duty Rack Handle

This is a heavy duty handle for racks. This handle is fixed with strongs 4mm screws (8x2) and offers a strong grip. The handle is comfortable to the hand especialy while pulling. I use them for two years to move a weighty drawer and they never failed. That handles are made to be strong, not to be cute, they do what they're meant to do. Good stuff. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa I3 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: Best print : 0.3mm Nozzle, 0.2 layers, 4 walls, 6 layers for top and bottom Infill: 50 to 100% Notes: You can choose a infill from 50 to 100% depending of the strenght needed. 50% can hold at last a 30kg load (60lbs), that's how I use it daily since two years. You can increase the infill if you want to hold heavy machinery or so. Raise the printer temperature as high as possible for your filament, to get a strong bond between layers. Post-Printing Post Printing Just remove the support and use countersink head screws. How I Designed This ========
