I designed these headphones around the 50mm drivers from peerless. They are used in a few $1000 headphones but only cost $10 each. Assembly is fairly straight forward. Print the parts, solder speaker wire to the driver, glue the driver into the driver mount, and glue the mount into the can. The Y connectors snap into place on the cans and are glued to the headband.

The printable soft headband works well for me but might be different for you depending on how flexible your filament is. I used 20% gyroid infill as a kind of sound damping for the cans. They sound pretty great in my opinion, but I don't have access to a testing rig to get a frequency response curve. The optional parts are covers for the back of the driver.

Parts list:
50mm drivers of your choice ( I used the Peerless HPD-50N25PR00-32)
Headphone cable or speaker wire of your choice.
An audio cable with connectors soldered for your hedphone.
cynoacrylate glue ( superglue)
Brainwavs XL pads or equivalent 110mm circ
