My Heewing Clip -T1 Ranger broke, I made this for a replacement it works great. I printed lying flat and straight up and down both works great.
Printing flat on its side was faster to print, I had to raise it off the table 1mm then I added a raft and 1mm supports which worked the best (image shown)
But you can print straight up and down too if it works better for you, both worked.
I used ASA and ABS both worked well- but ASA had a better bite and the "spring" just seemed better- but should work.
IMPORTANT: Use 70% infill- so far, no cracking after dozens of clips and unclips.
