Fully automatic device does not require additional energy sources. The energy source is the weight of the upper container which is partially converted and stored in the form of mechanical energy of compressed springs. The mechanism of transformation of translational motion into rotary - helicoid (like foto lens or mop spinner). Some necessary improvements for pre-prodaction: 1. Clarification of the basic dimensions of parts. 2. Development of the frame for mounting and fixing of all parts in the bottom fitting. 3. Selection of springs. Possible to use both compression and torsion springs. 4. Perhaps it is advisable to use a standard ball screws. (nuts). 5. Perhaps the use of rubber diaphragms to protect against dirt. 6. Tolerances, clearances, rigidity, self-aligning... This is concept only!
