Eachine E160 helicopter arm
I design and printed the arm and it works perfect I had flown many times making loopng inverted and something like this with printed arm.
I attached the *.stl file if you want to printed. To print I used simplify 3D and I set 0.2mm layer high 2 walls.
The olny thing to take in account is the slightly open of rod to put in the hole of the arm. After put in the rod press again the rod and nothing more.
If you need another file format tell me beause I designed it in solidworks.
