Hembrug DR1 Lathe Lever Knobs

Replacement lever knobs to suit a Hembrug DR1 lathe. There are .stl files for the 32mm and the 40mm knob to suit 13mm shafts. The original Hembrug knobs use a steel bushing to wedge the knobs onto the lever shafts. I used short lengths of plastic box strapping material in place of the missing steel bushes and this works very well.
I printed these replacement knobs with several mm of wall thickness to allow smoothing with sandpaper followed by polishing with metal polish and they are very good replicas of the originals.
The knob circled in red in the photo is the 32mm version in black PLA.
