Hemera duct mount

Added a third mount hole to make sure the mount is flush with the Hemera.
Changed the Hemera mount holes to countersunk.
Changed the fan mount holes to M3 nuts and bolts.
Added a sacrificial layer to fan mount holes to avoid support.
Use M3x6 bolts to fasten the duct mount to the Hemera
The fan duct is absolutely amazing - had to turn my fan speed down to avoid the air flow pushing thin walls.
