This is very simple design for hepa filter!

This filter can have one or two 12v turbofan (example: https://www.ebay.it/itm/DC-12V-24V-Cooling-Fan-Blow-Radial-Hot-End-Extruder-50mm-For-3D-Printer-Parts/192192426968?hash=item2cbf8fb3d8:m:my0wC3921GaHkZdEIbQva5w)

For the version with 2 turbofan you can simply print HEPA filter.stl twice and put them toghether with screw.

For one fan version you have to print all the two stl and join with screw!!

To join the fan to the pieces you can just use a point of superglue ;)

The filter are cheap vacuum robot hepa filter 5 euro 10 pieces ( example: https://www.ebay.it/itm/10Pcss-HEPA-Filter-for-ILIFE-v1-v5-v5s-v3-Robot-Vacuum-Cleaner-Replacement-Parts/123019969064?hash=item1ca48fc228:g:QaMAAOSw2hhcd389)

The power cable for the fan just slide under one filter and your filter is done you just need to screw it to the surface you want and make ventilation hole.
