It's half of the counterweight. (2 cm) Put on two, and you'll have full size.
On side is thread 8x1,25
Diameter of counterweight is 152mm
You can glue it together.
Or use screws and fill the counterweight with dirt only when you need to. Empty it when you need it to be lighter for transport.
