This is a Remix of the Hero Me fan system, for some reason I'm not able to link to the Original project. - Here's that projects URL https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3991855
Even with an overhang setting of 55 degrees you're going to find that your Fan has a few hidden supports that effect the flow of air from one side to the other.
This remix really isn't anything more then the same fan sliced up into 3 parts so you don't have supports "hidden" inside the print, that I have never been able to remove.
The slices are
22.4mm
22.4 to 40.8mm
and the last is
40.8mm to the top of the print.
