Herschel compatible buckle clip

I modeled this buckle clip to replace a broken one for a herschel bag. Not sure how ubiquitous this design could be with their buckles, but the design can probably be re-used for other clips. I didn't see clips on here using the same retention bar strategy that i'm using for this model, i got the idea from a dog harness though it's not a super uncommon design.

v3 is a much better design, the unversioned file is actually v2, v1 isn't uploaded because it wasn't a great fit.
