HevORT HD X/Y component mods

These are some slight remixes I have made of the HevORT Heavy Duty X/Y assembly. Nothing too crazy here -
-Added a right side optical flag for moving the optical y sensor to the right side putting the wires inside the electronics bay (also modded the left side flag to match the new config)
-Thickened the belt tensioner on the motor mounts, this was to accommodate the use of Nylon-glass fiber printing material that is slightly less stiff than some others
-Leveled out top profiles of the motor mounts to add a bit of uniform visually, no functional change here
-Sliced off the overhanging part of the motor mounts in the rear, with the style of enclosure I use this made for a bit more ascetically pleasing finish, once again no functionality change with this mod
-The front idler mounts have been visually changed slightly, removing the left side accommodation
