Hex Flip StandIntroThis is my entry into the Make My Sign Contest. The stand is assembled by simply snapping the left and right panels together to create a triangle stand. The inserts are added depending on which sign you want to use. The rings can be installed by rotating the open end through the inserts, adding the sign(s), and snapping the ring snap into place to complete the circle. The sign sizes I used are listed below along with the settings I used. I have also included the formulas I used to calculate sign size based on center-to-center distances of the hexagons on the panels. Please let me know if there is anything you would like to see added! Thanks!DimensionsFormulasThese formulas only apply to two hole signs.Center-to-center distance between 2 hexagons: 39.8mmCenter-to-center distance between 4 hexagons: 119.5mmd = width of sign in Make My Sign For signs with 5mm Radiusd = (center-to-center distance) + 21mmExample for 2 hexagon spacing:d = 39.8 + 21 = 60.8mm widthFor signs
