Here are the files to create your own hexagonal LED panel from a 5 meter light strip. The DXF files are for cutting the flat parts from services like Xometry, Sendcutsend, or Oshcut. My choices:Outer panel from 3mm acrylicInner panel/s cut to the thickness of the width of the light strip. My strip was 10mm wide, so I chose 4 layers of 3.18mm laser cut hardboard since it is very cheap. (4x A, B, C, but 12x D since it shares the same shape as the remaining segments.Diffuser printed from white PLA, 100% (its only 1mm thick) on a textured PEI bed and is pressed into the frame.Assembly:Using 3mm dowel pins for alignment in the holes, stack and glue together the laminations of the 6 segments, and make sure there is a little sticking out for aligning the front panel.Glue together the 6 segments at whichever orientation you want, taking note to ensure a clear path for the light strip.Align and glue the back panel to the front panel.Trace the strip through the channel, starting with the thin op
