Hexaclone Dust Separator

The Hexaclone is a heavy duty single stage dust separator designed for dust extraction in a shop or jobsite environment. Ideal for frequent or prolonged use woodworking tools to prevent clogging vacuum filters. This model is fully 3D printed with minimal supports NO HARDWARE REQUIRED. The geometry of each cyclone was optimized for high efficiency transfer allowing it to handle extremely fine particles. By using 6 cyclones in parallel, the efficiency is maintained while significantly increasing volumetric throughput. All of the testing was performed with a 6.5 hp (181 CFM) Shop Vac which was no problem for it.
