A mold for pasta cut and fill. Big hexagonal agnolottis. Use more efficiently your pasta.

There are two molds. The part one is the main mold with seven agnolottis. The part two is an addon that can assemble with the first one with six more agnolottis.

The largest assemble would be (Part 2)+(Part 1)+(Part 2) with a total of 19 agnolottis. The parts make a tight fit. It's best to have no movement between them while making the pasta. You might have to use force to join them.

The first pictures refer to a first prototipe that was later improoved.

Cook instructions:

1) Put flour on the pasta side that will be in contact with the mold.
2) Place the pasta sheet on the mold. Gently press the pasta on the holes to make room for the content.
3) Put the ingredients to fill every hole.
4) Get the borders of each agnolotti wet with water, do it with your fingers or with a brush.
5) Place the second sheet of pasta on top of the first one.
