This challenge inspired me:

This is my entirely streamed 'design process' of the corners:

I had some thoughts i wanted to see if i could produce something useful.
-Single .stl takes about 5,5hr / 55g to print with .6 nozzle, .15 layerheight, 15% infill, 6 shells.
-Multi .stl for full hexagonal frame takes about 35+hrs and around 320g @ same settings
(sliced with ideamaker 3.5.1beta)

SHOULD print free of support and problems.
Did not (test)print it myself yet, this will come at the weekend at the earliest.

SHOULD be a very tight pressfit, depending on your printers tolerances. Measures are tolerancefree for the pressfit in rough surroundings.

Holes are for screw fastening alternate 'beams' like pieces of wood that could fit
