DIY Hexagonal Concrete Mould - Modular Honeycomb System A single hex cell mould that clips together so you can cast any size paving pattern you want. Print 7 for the classic honeycomb flower, keep going for a full garden path, or use them individually as planters and organiser inserts. Designed in FreeCAD. Tabs and slots are built directly into the walls so the cells hold themselves together during pouring; no separate clips, no cable ties, no gaffer tape. How It Works Each cell has three faces with tabs and three faces with slots, alternating around the hex. Keep all cells pointing the same way and every join is automatically tab-to-slot. Push them together, press into soil or a sand bed, pour, wait, lift. Because it's a single repeating cell you can scale the pattern however you want. 7 cells gives the flower shape shown. A straight row of cells makes a path edging. A 3x3 grid makes a larger slab. You're not locked into one size. MeasurementValueInner flat-to-flat90 mmOuter flat-to-f
