HexMail

I got bored last week and designed this scale mail. I printed it on my Creality CR10 in PLA and then Carbon Fiber PLA and wood PLA (I ran out of carbon fiber halfway through and had to finish the print off in wood).

The design is such that all the links print together. The mail is fully assembled. All you have to do is pull the entire sheet off the build plate. Regarding durability... you'd have to test it yourself. I'm guessing that if you printed it in carbon fiber nylon or something you could get it pretty strong, but in PLA it's relatively weak.

Feel free to scale it to whatever dimensions you want... within reason.

This is my first design, so please post feedback so I can modify this. Modifications will probably be a while, though; I'm a senior in high school, and I'll be neck deep in college apps in a couple weeks.
