EDIT(10/08/2024): I've fixed some ergo and fitment issues. The top and bottom have been filleted to fit together more easily. I've added a 6 degree tilt to them to seal the gaps between the keyboard halves, and make a more comfortable viewing angle when the deck is sitting on a table. Download the "V3" files for the updates. I've left the originals up in case anyone wants to play around with them. Also, the holes in the sides are specced for generic Raspberry Pi sized fans. The hole on the top plate under the screen cut-out is for adding a grommeted, sealed USB extension cable so you can move access to the USB 3.0 ports to the top. In my build, the two 2.0 are running serial to a PI Pico W and the touchscreen. The 2 USB 3.0 are relocated to the top. You may need to resize the screen cut-out depending on what you're using.
