I got the idea form Kijai, and the Moon City, https://www.printables.com/model/218224-moon-city-20. Used, Zivbot's Castle Generator https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1682427 to build elements of the cityscapes and worked them in, bogging Fusion 360m down many times in the process. Printed here in PETG, 0.6mm nozzle(Arachne), 0.2mm layer height, no supports but a 3mm brim. 70+meters/18 hours, probably should have slowed down a bit to 24 hours. Use filament for the pins on the hinges. Print in place(with the city on the outside), so they can support each other a bit but still be cracked apart, as they are not actually touching when sliced. Gentle pressure in and out horizontally on the bottom corners, maybe other light mechanical means between the hinges. Insert the filament after. The holes should be good - ream out with a wire or drill-bit if not. If you're on a 0.4mm nozzle, maybe use a wider extrude or lower layer height to get the overhangs without support. Probably other ways to do
