High Elf Royal Guard

I had to go far away from dwarves for some times and I decided to start some models for the High Elf Army. Many models we can find on website are either PLA friendly and ugly or Resin printer made and beautiful.

I worked on a very well known resin model to extract whatever I could use and complete with other stuff. Heads are printed separately and the result is quiet nice. It permits to give some randomness to the unit. Hopefully, High Elf Armies are somehow very strict in their appearance and uniforms (like in the Lord of the Rings in which Elves even move at the same time in a coherent ballet).
Swords need some works with sandpaper or stuff like that for a better shape result as they are very thin.

The whole unit was hard to paint because of the tiny details everywhere but it deserved a clean treatment.

PS: the standard is handmade.
