Higher hatch for Tugboat 686

a bigger hatch (or lid) for the tugboat 686. so a bigger battery fits without having to cut in the hull. for the lock i used a m3x20 bolt and glued a m3 nut on the other end. the little catch hook was screwed in place with a small brass screw i had laying around. i cut some 3mm thick neoprene foam to approxamitly 4mm wide and a length of +/-28cm.
