Highlighter Trophy

My wife leads a “markdown team” at a local TJX retailer. One of the tedious duties of the cashiers is to use a yellow highlighter to indicate the SKU needing adjustment when items are being discounted. When having difficulties with her peers completing this properly, her solution was to exercise positive reinforcement by handing out little highlighter trophies to those employees that did the task correctly. I used @flowalistik amazing trophy collection to remix with the THANKS text and a tiny highlighter. They were a big hit and the cashiers work diligently at their highlighting tasks in the hopes of earning one of these cute little trophies. Also makes a good secretary or teacher's gift. For AMS printing, open the cup, highlighter and black .stls together as one object.
