After losing endcaps on my hiking poles, I decided to just print replacements, so I can just print another when I invariably lose them again. To help reduce the chance, I added a hoop onto them to clip them with a carabiner to my pack when I'm using the poles.

These are 13mm opening, tapering to 12mm. That gives them pretty good grip, when printed with TPU, on my poles, which have 12mm diameter tips.

If your poles have tips that are smaller/bigger, using the scaling feature in your slicer should let it be adjusted to the right size with a little bit of math.

These may work printed in something slightly flexible like PETG, but a high-shore flex filament like TPU is probably better. ABS and PLA, I doubt they'll hold strongly enough to keep them on.
