This hinge was created for a custon H2D enclosure built out of 1" thick R-Tech Insulation. All components are 3D printed! High-temp filament for the screws which touch the body of the H2D. 1" edge step for the hinge offset so the door swings wide away from the body of the H2D. Allows for ~235 Degrees of rotation on the hinge. For the hinge body, due to circles generally turning into ellipses, you can drill out the holes with a ½" bit to make for smooth and strong operationThe screw threads are made up - 0.1mm clearance between the bolt thread and the nut thread so, take that into mind when picking your filament. ASA will shrink a little, Silk PLA will expand a little, etc. To accommodate easy threading of the nuts, there is a step in on the bottom, after printed you will need to debur them. **Makerworld reported an issue with the high number of triangles so there is only 1 of the 16 Nuts / Bolts on their respective plates - PLEASE CLONE x15 for the correct amount.
