Hinge Key Boolean
See below for full credits. This is a variation by Leland Green of the hinge key from "Aiman Akhtar's keys for articulation", which is available as an IMM for ZBrush. If you use ZBrush, I can highly recommend this brush! He practically gives it away here:

All of the STL files are the same model, just decimated different ways. So the only one I've actually tested is "Hinge Vertical print-in-place LG-01.stl". For that reason, I recommend using it if possible. All others look good and I did them in ZBrush and then "repaired" one in 3DBuilder, just in case (and because it wanted to-Haha).
