Hinge Style Fan Bracket for Makergear M2

I have never been satisfied with the stock fan bracket system on the M2. It pulls on the wires when flipped out of the way, and using the only bolt holding it in place as the pivot point just feels like "bad engineering". I also never liked the fact that in order to flip the 50mm fan out of the way of seeing the print, you have to take the 40mm fan away from cooling the extruder. I have tried the numerous other designs that I have found here, and while many of them were beautiful designs, they either did not address these issues to my satisfaction, or they introduced new problems with the printing process.So, since I needed a project to do in order to learn AutoCAD, I decided to redesign this system. Here is my first AutoCAD design, and hopefully the first of many submitted "Things".

UPDATE: 1/26/17
I have updated the STL for this. It is slightly shorter so it better clears the bed clips. I also added a clip to the side that holds it in the up or down position.
