Strong for it's size, I tested it with 6kg but it can probably take more. This is one of my first designs ever that I made when enclosing my very first printer back in 2016. I tried "real" metal hinges but they had too much play in them. These are self-centering and actually quite durable. The "B" version can be used on a door and lifted off. They are designed to be very tight. I have provided a slightly looser version named "+" if you have trouble getting them to work.Screw holes are Ø4.5mmAlso included is a Decorative Corner for the enclosure side panels.Print with high cooling.0.16 layer height.I have printed these in most materials I have tried just for fun. PLA, ABS, PETG, Nylon, all work well though Nylon may be a bit soft for good functionality.
