This project is my official entry for the "Old World Magic" design contest. My goal was to create an object that feels like a rediscovered relic—an artifact where ancient craftsmanship and functional engineering become indistinguishable. The Concept The Historic Aztec Pill Box is a functional organizer disguised as a heavy, weathered "Sun Stone" coin. Inspired by the intricate stonework of the Mexica people, the exterior features complex, purely geometric patterns that flow across the surface, hiding the seams of its secret compartment. The Design ProcessOrganic Geometry: Unlike modern, perfect CAD shapes, I intentionally designed the patterns to feel hand-carved and slightly weathered. Cool Fidget Factor: Beyond its utility as a container, the rotating cover provides a satisfying tactile experience, making it a cool fidget toy to keep on your desk.
