Hitch Clips v2

Summary
An upgraded version of my hitch clip design including stronger spring versions and bent versions. Sized to fit RC trucks. But scale up well.

Description
The first version of these worked well, but I wanted a little stronger spring and a bent shape. So, I modified these to hold a little tighter. I also smoothed out the ends and shortened the clip to use less filament, and added a version where the clip is bent 90 degrees for easier removal. There are 5 versions of the hitch clip; 3 flat clips and 2 bent clips with varying degrees of springiness. I printed them in PETG and PLA (need to try ABS still) and I think PLA is better.

Assembly
After printing you may need to slice the sides of the clips apart. They are designed very close, so some of mine stuck together and some didn’t.
