2 plates, Printed in PTEG. Plate 1 is a 2 inch tube hitch cover with the Ford Super Duty logo for all 2" hitch receivers using the standard 5/8" pin. The additional adapter on plate #2 is only needed for the lager class 5 receivers. Plate 2 is the 2 ½ adapter for the larger class 5 receiver.
