Hive board game with box

This is a DIY version of Hive - the board game.

I made it as a gift for a friend - strictly non-commercial use! Please consider buying the commercial version of Hive first and help support future development.

Just print the pieces according to the official rules and paint them/use color swap to make the game easier to follow.

The box consists of three parts - main compartment, insert, and lid. The insert friction fits into the main box, and the lid is held together with three 5x1mm magnets, so you'll need a total of six for this project.

I've also included a plank piece in case you want to make your own game pieces and try them out.
