HO Scale Layout Model | Brick Storefront Building

I'm not a great 3D modeler so there's a couple minor errors in the way it's put together, but overall it should serve you well on your layout. Added a brim to prevent warping during printing, which I found is a common problem. The design prints 2 parts in one plate, the main walls and the roof. Just glue the roof to the walls when it's done printing with super glue and you're done. Printed mine in Anycubic gray, it's already a good primer color so I was able to paint directly to it without any issues. For windows, I just cut pieces of flat clear plastic recycled from packaging.
