This is a model of a Nash Metropolitan. It can be printed in any scale you like, but I modeled it with the intention of printing in HO scale, so the amount of fine detail is reflective of that.
The example I posted is sliced in Cura and printed in HO (1/87 or ~1.2%) scale on an Ender 3. The time to print everything was under two hours. The body and wheels were printed at 0.08 layer height and a speed of 40mm/s. The wheels need to be glued to the sides of the chassis. Once glued, the tops of the wheels should sit just barely above the triangular points on the chassis.
I may look in to modeling in the piece of chrome trim that the two tone Mets had, as well as a bench seat.
Feedback is welcome!
Update (6-6-2019):
I've uploaded a new version of the Met body, as one user pointed out the body wasn't printing right for them. The roof has been thickened slightly, and boolean modifiers were added to various pieces of the mesh that were clipping in to one another.
